As in previous years I am organising the Churches Count for nature which happens each June with a dedicated week , this year 7th - 14th June. St Mary's is registered on the national site as one of the churches taking part and we are delighted to invite you to join in. Throughout June ( Wed 3rd onwards ) there will be a nature discovery box near the bench by the front door and a nature trail around the grounds.
BUT on SUNDAY 14th JUNE we welcome you to a family nature hunt during and after our morning service. At the end of the church service we will share some of our findings and share a prayer with the congregation. Back in the hall and grounds during coffee time we can continue nature activity and craft fun , stopping just before 12 to tidy up ready to have our picnic lunches . Aiming to finish around 1 p.m.
